PROJECT MANAGEMENT

DESCIN provides full project management services. Our expertise builds upon a widespread understanding of collaborative R&D projects gained over many years of involvement. We managed over 20 small to large-scale collaborations. We work with all partners to implement effective project management processes, as well as supporting the coordinator with finance and administrative tasks, contractual agreements, and dissemination, knowledge exploitation and communication activities.

R&D FUNDING AND PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT

DESCIN has an excellent track record in acquiring (competitive) R&D funding in collaboration with researchers affiliated to universities, public research organisations, SMEs and multinational companies. DESCIN collaborates with you from the development of a research idea and consortium to the completion and submission of excellent quality proposals.
